  • No milk, staff missing, didn't help



    Milk shelves were almost empty on Saturday night, but we can see lots of milk containers in crates on other side of glass. Wife asked employee to let her have 1/2 of milk we needed. No dairy stockers present. Employee said they would call to get what we needed. 15 mins later, same situation. Wife asks customer service manager to help. He calls dairy area and says they will get the milk we need. 20 mins later, nothing has happened. I go to customer service manager, he calls night manager, Mark. I explain again that there is nobody in the milk area, 5 or 6 customers like me have left... More...
